Store Policies

At Never Too Tan, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We hope you enjoy your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 10 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

  • If you received the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged, or faulty, return the unused product and we will issue an exchange.

  • Prior to returning your item(s), please email your order number and the reason for your return request.

  • Postage costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of purchaser.

  • When returning product we suggest you insure the package with Australia Post, and use the registered mail service for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records.

  • Only merchandise approved for return or exchange by Never Too Tan and received by our office can be credited or exchanged. 

  • All items requiring a refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING INFO

  • Once placing an order and payment has been made, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this within 3 hours, please contact us at info@nevertootan.com.au

  • Your item(s) will normally be posted within 24 hours via Australia Post.

  • Orders received on a weekend are shipped the next business day.

  • Orders are not shipped until payment has been received.

  • We ship Australia wide and Internationally. 

  • Shipping costs and approximate arrival are calculated during cart.

Standard Australia Post - $5.00. Order products over $100 and your postage is free (standard post only) approx. delivery 2 - 8 working days.

Express Post, approx. 1 - 6 working days (time varies between states) $12.55
